A group of company at Jimbaran area as a master planned destination Bali International Park has been designed with rare sensivity towards the surrounding environment. It aims to incorporate Residential properties, retail outlets, hotels, resorts and beach club. Entertainment attractions and other necessary public service.
Now we are looking for 3 Vacant Position :
1. PROJECT PROCUREMENT (Full Time)
Main Responsibility :
-
- Conversion of PR to PO with close coordination with Project Planner and Procurement team lead. Conversion to be done within 48Hrs.
- Ensures that the procurement process is in adherence to company and client requirements, company policies and procedures to ensure successful delivery of project requirements.
- Develop the Project Procurement Plan in conjunction with Project Managers/Project Planner and Execution Strategy for individual Projects along with the Procurement support team.
- Evaluate vendor performance on continuous basis.
- Coordination with supplier and forwarder for draft docs & final document of dispatch for Project IDP items.
- Responsible maintaining the Procurement Tracker for Project.
- She/he should maintain good contact with the project staffs.
- Evaluates the current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of the Project procurement.
- To assist procurement preparation process and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures
- To negotiate pricing proposal, conditions, and requirements to purchase goods and services directly to the supplier in order to obtain the best price, conditions, and requirements
- To check and monitor the availability of goods and services in compliance with the quantity, quality, delivery time, payment terms and other requirements specified in the Purchase Order
- To coordinate and arrange delivery time from suppliers to relevant SBUs as per the required needs and fund availabilities
- To actively seek alternative vendors / suppliers, or sub-contractors whenever necessary
- To monitor and follow up outstanding Purchase Order.
Job Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience as procurement project
- Talent in negotiations and networking
- Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data

2. Legal Coordinator (Full Time)
Job Description:
-
- Conducting a complete review of land ownership documents and providing feedback to Management in cases of deviation.
- Perform contracts drafting and vetting of all legal documents, negotiate and provide legal advice and support for Project and Business Units on a day to day basis.
- Review and sign off on the final form of the Ground Lease Agreement prior execution
- Take control of legal document and provide list of the contract.
- Advise and coordinate with outside counsels in handling Permit, Litigation
- Oversee and liaise with external providers.
- Complete Review and sign off on all lease summaries or other forms used to populate Legal information in the Contract Database Management System
- Preparing legal memorandums to Management concerning certain property-related legal issues
- Strict to the law, ensure the safety of the company and provide legal advisory
- Ability to identify all legal issues and risks related to the contract to be drafted.
- Highly responsible with good initiative and able to work under pressure
- Honest, hard worker, and work on tight schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS :

- Bachelor Degree in Law from an accredited University
- Minimum 5 years related job experience in contract drafting, contract negotiations, Land Law practices
- Having good knowledge on Land Law
- Indonesian, Domicile in Bali
- Meticulous and has analytical skills with strong skills and also ability to prioritize.
- Professional, enthusiastic and committed approach to work.
- Having high mobility capability.
- Indonesian, Domicile in Bali
- Male, max 40 years old.
- Able to joint IMMEDIATLY.
3. ARSITEK (Full Time).
Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for project planning, concept design, schematic design, and also for initial development construction related tasks
- Ensure project development is conducted as drawing standard.
- Responsible for standard drawing detailing, review and material procurement process, also construction drawing submission and review process.
- Participate in project related meetings, solving design related problems that happened in project site.
- Responsible for project construction site progress inspection, ensuring that construction meets drawing requirements.
- Understand materials and constructor methods
- Proficient in Adobe Software
- Design for architecture project
- Producing renders and presentations to render the design
Requirements:
-
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in Architecture Interior Design or Equivalent from reputable university.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Candidates with working understand local codes and regulation with proven track record from concept until construction administration in high rise projects with major construction or developer firms will be prioritized.
- Good time and project management skills, able to handle deadlines, professional working ethics, adaptive, and ready to hit the ground running.
