QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
- English is a must (written and spoken).
- Display a positive, professional attitude and integrity at all times.
- Strong leadership and organizational skill with great eye for detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in administration and computer skills, with experience using PMS (VHP).
- Ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of high-end clients.
- Experience in managing VIPs and handling complaints professionally.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
- Experience in room inventory management and occupancy optimization.
- Familiarity with upselling to maximize other revenue streams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passionate for creating a memorable guest experience.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
