We are currently seeking to the key position as :

Head Barista/Bar

Qualification:

• • Minimum 2 years experience in same position
  • Have an experience as Barista and Bartender
  • Has positive attitude and pleasant personality
  • Discipline, hard worker and able to work with a team
  • Good Communication skill in English
  • Enjoy challenges

Job descriptions:

• • Making drinks and having an extensive knowledge of drink recipes
  • Able to create new drinks and understand the principal of beverage and food pairing
  • Supervise opening bar and Preparing for operation (pick up item at store, prepare garnish, juice, and bar supplies, home made syrup, bar made spirit)
  • Operation of Bar (maintenance bar, making product, clear up, customer service, handling complaints, aware of intoxicated customer)
  • Closing Bar (cleaning bar, clearing up, washing glass ware, polishing glassware, daily inventory)
  • Operating of cashier system
  • Costing beverage
