1. Sales Assistant
2. Marketing Assistant

Qualifications :
• Minimum 1-2 year of relevant experience in a sales, marketing or administrative role
• Self-motivated
• Time management of daily tasks and able to adapt schedule on short notice
• Organized
• Shows responsibility
• Evidently hungry for success always
• Willing to be trained and able to learn quickly
• An eye to recognize where lies the next opportunity for growth with a go getter attitude.
• Social Media and digital savvy. Also thorough and up to date with all recent marketing techniques and trends
• Help to create promotions and/or events with the team for inside and outside the restaurant
• Must be passionate to the brand and be willing to work to achieve constant success.
• Good communication in English
• To be based in Seminyak, Bali – Indonesia

Job Fuction (1):
• Be directly responsible for marketing the restaurant to a valid and profitable audience
• Single point objective to consistently developing our customer base and client market
• Collaborate with Tour Managers to bring in their tour groups for special incentive dinners.
• Collaborate with Event Managers and Wedding organizers in Bali consistently to market our venue for lunches & dinners on a constant a
bases.
• Build relationships with Concierge & Villa managers to set up partnerships.
• A team player who closely works with the Executive Chef and Restaurant Manager to enable all in store promotions and sales activities
seamlessly.

Job Fuction (2):
• Be directly responsible for marketing the restaurant to a valid and profitable audience
• Create high market social media content with our team of photographers and graphic designers for all platforms including Facebook,
Instagram, YouTube, TripAdvisor, Zomato, etc..
• Daily postings and Instastories to be done regularly.
• Respond to tripadvisor, google, facebook and Zomato reviews in a timely manner.
• Manage all social media interactions with Bloggers and Instagrammers to regularly popularize our brand and thereby create a value
community that interacts and engages on our social media platforms.
• Plan and execute marketing activities to enable word of mouth publicity and consistently develop new markets and opportunities for
sales.
