SPA RECEPTIONIST
As the first point of contact with our guest, a Spa Receptionist must have a friendly, welcoming manner which complements the Spa atmosphere to creates a highly service driven-environment for our guest’s first impression. Well informed of Spa services and promotions in order to be able to share the information with guests and answer their questions.
Interested candidates should mention the following assets in their application letter:
• High school degree or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the same role in the spa industry.
• Good interpersonal skills
• Well groomed with a friendly personality
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral & written.
• Capacity to build strong, positive professional relationships with clients.
• Energetic and Passionate about guest service.
• Proficient computer skills
