For the upcoming re-opening of our Garden Restaurant with a new concept, Villa Air Bali Boutique Resort & Spa, an award-winning retreat in Seminyak is seeking highly motivated and talented professionals to join our food & beverage team:

• (1) Restaurant Manager
to lead our food & beverage team and assist the management with the successful opening and positioning of the new Garden Restaurant

F&B Production:
• (2) Chef de partie 1x
• (3) Commis 1x

F&B Service:
• (4) Barkeeper 1x
• (5) Waiter/waitress 1x

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same file (all)
• Able to work individually and with team (all)
• Good command in English either by Oral or written (all)
• Passion for food, drinks, dining and cooking (2-5)
• Creativity to produce high quality food (2,3)
• Highly motivated and passionate, enthusiastic and energetic personality (all)
• Able to join March/April 2019
• Sales & marketing background, familiar with MS Excel, able to control food cost, produce regular F&B reports (1)
