Veluvana Bali is looking for a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our culinary team. If you are a strong leader with a passion for culinary excellence and team development, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste.
- Develop and update menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen supplies efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate kitchen team members.
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor food preparation to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained.
- Handle guest feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.
Qualifications
- Male.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Willing to be placed in Sidemen, Karangasem.
