THREE MONKEYS SANUR is currently seeking a highly motivated professional to join with us for Sous Chef position with following requirements:
Responsibilities
– Provides guidance to junior kitchen staff members, including, but not limited, to line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating.
– Oversees and organizes kitchen stock inventory and ingredients appropriately.
– Planning and directing food preparation.
– Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and assess staff’s performance.
– Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards.
– Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise.
– Ensuring that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards.
– Resourcefully solve any issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation.
– Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
– Establishing strong relationships with staff in other areas of the business, including managers and front of house teams.
– Managing the kitchen staff, handling disciplinary and HR issues along with HR Dept.
– Maintaining and enhancing customers’ satisfaction.
Requirements
– Min. 3 years of Sous Chef Position
– Diploma or any related course
– Computer literate
– Able to write and communicate in English
– Good team player
– Neat and well-groomed
– Can start immediately
