- We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
- Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
- Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.
SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
- Act as the property Sales & Marketing representative, liaising and collaborating with corporate team
- Conduct regular sales calls to build and strengthen relationships with existing partners and actively seek new sales leads
- Drive ancillary sales, maintaining an attractive promotional calendar and creating simple marketing collateral
- Property champion of S&M related IT platforms, including: social media (IG/FB), web application, reputation management, revenue analytics etc.
- Coordinate all events, groups, famtrips/site inspections on property
