The Lembongan Traveller manages a growing portfolio of private luxury villas.We are the only travel agent and management company with an office on Nusa Lembongan. The Lembongan Traveller is dedicated to promoting Nusa Lembongan as a destination and maintaining extremely high standards of customer service.
Job Description :
- Digital Marketing
- Plan and create monthly blog post for The Lembongan Traveller website
- Plan editorial calendar for EDM, out twice a month
- Ensure information on our website, OTA are correct
- Assist in setting up communication plans to promote our mobile app
2. Social Media
- Plan and co-create content for social media account of The Lembongan Traveller and managed villas
- Handle collaboration requests, communicate with KOLs on deliverables and maintain partnerships • Handle enquiries from social media accounts
- Pro-actively suggest ideas for social media content and initiatives
- Plan and manage social ads and giveaway when necessary
3. Marketing
- Create monthly marketing report on social media, EDM, digital performance
- Assist in copy editing of guest communications : email responses, templates • Assist in setting up marketing materials for new properties, including but not limited to, property descriptions, image selections, social media teaser, etc • Assist in marketing side of CSR campaign : website update, socials, EDM
- Assist in planning and execution of photo and videoshoot
- Media outreach to promote Nusa Lembongan as a destination • Ad-hoc projects
4. Client Relations
- Maintain relations with our listing partners restaurants, accommodations, services
- Solicitate listing for new or existing businesses on the island
- Proactively reach out to listing partners for their promotions or programs
