9. Sales and Marketing (Internship)
10. Driver (LHM)

Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, with relevant Sales understanding, or equivalent sound industry knowledge. (1,2,3)
• Senior managerial experience in a similar role. (1,2,3)
• Excellent selling capabilities and the ability and desire to coach selling techniques to the 🏨 sales team members. (1,2,3)
• Knowledge of local market and/or experience in a luxury hotel in a plus. (1,2,3)
• English proficiency in verbal and written, additional language (s) is a must. (1,2,3)
• Computers are literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, and Property Management Software, preferably Opera. (1,2,3,4)
• Strong leadership, tactical skills, result oriented and a problem solver. (1,2,3,4)
• Extensive knowledge of hygiene and sanitation (HACCP principles) and ensures those guidelines are followed and enforced. (4)
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably at a luxury property. (4,5)
• Computer literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, related hotel management and accounting software. (5)
• Good analytical skills and a high degree of accuracy. (5)
• Good knowledge of accounting procedures including inventory management. (5)
• In possession of a driving license. (10)
• Proficient in Driving Both Automatic and Manual Transmission Vehicles. (10)
