We are now seeking an experienced candidate for responsible role to develop our company.

1. Venue Manager
2. Asst. Host & Reservation Manager
3. Cashier
4. Purchasing
5. Purchasing Admin

With Qualification:

1. Oversee the front-of-house staff
Work crowd control
Enthusiastically leads and supervises the venue team
Communicate information to the service team giving them the knowledge to be individually empowered
Utilize the Freedom To Go Beyond to resolves guest issues promptly and with great care
Enjoy multi-tasking at a fast pace while having an impeccable eye for details to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Managing the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of service team
Assist with the development, training and inspiration of floor service staff

2. Excellent customer service
Effective communication
Staff Training Development
Visual of the Venue
Allocate daily tasks to Host & Reservations staff
Review reservation booked daily
Having knowledge of entire Reservation Procedure
Responsible for implementation of Host & Reservation policies and procedures

3, 4 & 5 Detail oriented
Experienced with Raptor System
Having 2 years experienced at the same field
Willing to join immediately
