1. Front Office Manager

Requirements:

• Highly motivated, creative, team player.
• Strong experience in hospitality operations and communications within the hotel industry.
• Min. 2 years experience in similar position.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction.
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on approach.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of VHP (preferred).

2. Bookkeeper

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality operations.
• 1 year experience in similar position.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Basic knowledge VHP and Indonesian taxation.
