DAILY WORKER / PERMANENT STAFF – SPECIALIST GARDENER
We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Daily Worker/Permanent Staff to join our Gardener team!
What We Offer:

Responsibilities:
• Maintain and care for all gardens, plants, lawns, and outdoor areas of the villa.
• Perform regular watering, pruning, planting, fertilizing, and pest/disease control.
• Keep all landscaping areas clean, neat, healthy, and presentable to villa guests.
• Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally
• Report any maintenance issues or damage promptly
Requirements:
• Experience in gardening, landscaping in villa or others is a plus
• Good knowledge of tropical plants, pruning, fertilizing, watering, and plant maintenance.
• Responsible, hardworking, physically fit, and able to work independently/team.
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Honest, punctual, and reliable
