- Sous Chef
General Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field
- Self-Motivated
- Leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity and passion for culinary arts
- Proficiency in kitchen equipment and tools
- Strong understanding of food hygiene, safety, and storage standards
- Ability to create and interpret recipes, portion sizes, and cost controls
- Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, PPT, industry related software desired
- Able to join immediately is preferred
