General requirement :

• Proven leadership experience as Resort Manager or Operational Manager in Villa or Hotel (1)

• Strong pre-opening experience is highly preferred

• Excellent communication, strategic thinking and team building skills

• Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market is a plus (1)

• Education & Certification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (2)

• Has 5-7 years of progressive HR experience at least 2-3 years in a managerial (2)

• Experience in key HR functions: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance (2)

• Has minimum 2-3 years experience in similar position (3,4,5)

• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food cost control and hygiene standards (HACCP) (3)

• Creative in menu planning and food presentation (3)

• Strong background in overseeing daily F&B operations and managing a diverse team, with proficiency in managing budgets, cost control and overall financial performance (4)

• Dynamic and creative approach to maintaining and enhancing service standards (4,5)

• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills (6)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (7)

• Familiar with sales systems, reporting and client handling (7)

• Creative and up to date with digital trends (7)

• Target-oriented with ability to achieve sales goals and deadlines (7)

• Good command of English both spoken and written

• Well groomed, good attitude and passionate
