We are currently looking for a professional, proactive, and skilled individual to join our team as:

Engineering & Maintenance Staff

Requirements:

• Minimum high school diploma, vocational school graduate (SMK), or equivalent.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC (air conditioning), carpentry, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to repair equipment used in hotel operations.
• Proficiency and high familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to handle delegated tasks and prioritize projects effectively.
• Ability to monitor inventory and report needs for ordering supplies or spare parts.
• Excellent problem-solving and strong soft skills (effective communication with all related departments and the ability to provide detailed reports on maintenance tasks and outcomes).
• Strong customer service orientation with an understanding of guest service standards and how maintenance work impacts guest satisfaction.
• Familiarity with the unique requirements of the hospitality industry, including hotel-specific systems and emergency procedures.
