Origin Seminyak is nestled in a desirable location just steps away from the beach and Bali’s most fashionable and vibrant neighbourhood, renowned for its multitude of restaurants, boutiques and iconic beach clubs.
We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Villa Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury villa in Seminyak area.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry, preferably in luxury villa management.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Guest-oriented mindset with a strong background in providing exceptional guest experiences.
- Familiarity with and understanding of the lifestyle and preferences of guests in Seminyak area.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding service.
- Sales and data savvy, with the ability to analyze data and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
