Position: Civil Maintenance Staff
Department: Engineering / Maintenance
Location: Bali, Indonesia

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Civil Maintenance Staff member with good knowledge and practical experience in painting, varnishing, and general civil maintenance work to maintain the quality and appearance of our villas and properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform painting and repainting works for interior and exterior areas.

• Understand different types of paint, varnish, wood coatings, and their applications.

• Prepare surfaces before painting, including sanding, scraping, patching, and filling cracks or holes.

• Perform varnishing and wood finishing for doors, windows, furniture, and wooden surfaces.

• Identify and repair minor wall cracks, peeling paint, and other surface defects.

• Carry out general civil maintenance and minor repair works as required.

• Ensure all maintenance work is completed neatly, safely, and according to quality standards.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in painting, varnishing, or civil maintenance.

• Good practical knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing.

• Familiar with paint products, materials, tools, and application methods.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented, disciplined, honest, and responsible.

• Willing to work in villas and other property locations as required.

• Experience in villa or hotel maintenance is an advantage.
