Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a similar background
- Advance leadership skill in managing the entire operational of a hotel/villa (1)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on personalized service
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide proactive assistance
