La Joya Biu Biu Resorts, Located in Balangan Beach Jimbaran, Urgently Required qualified and experience candidates to fill the position :

1. F&B Manager
2. Sales & Marketing Coordinator
3. Cook

Responsibilities: (F&B Manager)

• Minimum 5 years experiences in same position
• Male/Female
• Leadership skills
• Performance management; monitor staff performance and provide feedback Purchase and control of inventory
• Negotiate with clients for use of facilities for catering, parties, banquets, etc.
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Organize, direct and evaluate food and beverage service
• Completion of secondary school should be required
• Diploma or degree in business management or tourism related field would be an asset
• Inventory management
• Monitor revenues and expenses
• Preferably with VHP system
• Able to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task

Qualifications  (Sales & Marketing Coordinator)

• Minimum 2  years experiences in same position
• Male/Female
• Creative, energetic and highly motivated
• Experienced in organizing events
• Experienced in managing social media marketing
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Preferably with VHP system
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to join immediately

Qualifications (Cook)

• Minimum 3 years experiences in same position
• Male
• Able to work as a team and handle being under pressure
• Creative and Attention to Detail
• Graduated from School of Tourism / Diploma is preferred
• Able to join immediately
