Position : HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER, DUTY MANAGER, TRAINEE WAITER, TRAINEE BELLBOY, TRAINEE HOUSEKEEPING

HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Qualification :

• Minimum 2 years experience in the same position
• Demonstrated track record in developing and implementing strategic HR objectives
• Superior interpersonal, coaching, communication, negotiation and consultative skills at all level.
• Ability to engage with and win the respect of leaders to successfully influence them on key change initiatives.
• Demonstrated commitment to health, safety and environtmental policies and procedures, including development and training of staff in these areas.
• Well groomed, presentable, energetic, initiative & team player
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Have a driver’s license

FRONT OFFICE SUPERVISOR
Qualification:
– Min Diploma in hospitality / related background study
– Experience at least 1-2 years in the same field
– Excellent in English
– Good communication and interpersonal skill
– Positive attitude and pleasant personality

TRAINEE WAITER & TRAINEE BELLBOY
Qualifications :
• Well groomed, presentable,energetic, initiative & team player
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Willing to learn and hard worker
• Hotel / Tourism education

TRAINEE HOUSEKEEPING
Qualifications :
• Male / Female
• Well groomed, presentable,energetic, initiative & team player
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
• Willing to learn and hard worker
• Hotel / Tourism education
