Requirements:

• Ability to provide top-notch customer service in a fast-paced environment (2,3,4,5)
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and strong leadership skill (6,7,8,9,10)
• Proven experience minimum 3 (three) years in same position (6,7,8,9,10,11,12)
• In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry, including market trends and customer preferences. Proven experience in the luxury hotel sector is highly desirable (8)
• A seasoned HR professional with a track record of driving excellence and legal matters (11)
• Proven experience in HR management with a strong understanding of employment law (11)
• In-depth knowledge of security principles, and have an army training/ background (12)
• Proven work experience as a Security Guard or relevant position, Basic English communication skills and have Security certificate (12)
• Knowledge of spa services and operations, have experience in a housekeeping would be advantage (13)
• Strong knowledge of spa treatments and therapies, have experience of beauty expertise would be advantage (hair, nail and face treatment) (14)
• Good personality, positive attitude, highly motivated and team player
• Able to join immediately
