Gravity Eco Boutique Hotel is a shabby-chic hotel with tropical vibe. We offers breakfast, a restaurant, and an outdoor pool. The intimate boutique resort is one of the secret spots in bali where you can indulge yourself in a tropical atmosphere, while enjoying our friendly and personal service.

We are looking for :

General Engineering & Maintenance

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in general maintenance or facilities management, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Supervisory or leadership experience (1-3 years minimum).
• Familiarity with hotel-specific systems.
• Comprehensive knowledge of maintenance tasks including electrical, lumbing. HVAC, carpentary and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and repairing equipment used in hotel operations.
• Proficiency with tools.
• Ability to manage, train and motivate a team of maintenance staff.
• Delegation of tasks and prioritization of projects.
• Experience managing maintenance budgets and cost control.
• Monitoring inventory and ordering supplies or spare parts as needed.
• Problem solving skills.
• Soft skills (effective communication with all the department related, detailed reports about maintenance tasks and outcomes).
• Customer service orientation.
• Familiarity with the unique requirements of the hospitality industry, including : guest service standards, the impact of maintenance work on guest satisfaction, emergency procedures specific to hotel.

Driver

• Minimum 2 years or more of experience in similar role.
• Hospitality experience is essential.
• Speak English (preferably).
• Able to drive both manual and automatic cars and has an active type A driver’s license.
• Able to work as a team and ability to work under pressure
• Able to maintain a professional appearance and interact positively with the guests.
• Flexibility to respond to arrange of different work situations.
• Energic, Positive Individual & Good attitude.
• Able to join immediately
