Position : Duty Manager
Department : Front Office
- Bachelor’s degree/Min D3 in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field ( prefered )
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Flexibelity to workvarious shifts, including weekends and holidays
