Goya Boutique Resort is currently seeking for Engineering Supervisor who is experienced, creative, and enthusiastic to join our team.

Job Duties

1. Maintain all distribution systems for electricity, water, steam, gas, etc.
2. Maintain and operate air conditioning, swimming pools, heater, ventilation, and
3. refrigeration system.
4. Maintain building and grounds.
5. Ensure timely response to service requests by guests, employees, and management to repair or replaced interior fixtures or furnishings.
6. Implement an effective preventive maintenance program in accordance with
7. professional engineering practices.
8. Implement energy management program, maintain appropriate equipment operating logbook and utility consumption records.
9. Maintain adequate inventory of parts, tools, and supplies.
10. Train and supervise subordinates and assists training for other employees on safety and emergency.
11. Conduct continuous inspection on the building and ground.

Qualifications

1. At least Bachelor degree in any field
2. At least 2 year experience in engineering supervisor position
3. Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills
4. Excellent in handling Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing problems
5. Strong in inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly
6. Strong in analytical, problem solving skills, and execution of work
