El Kabron Cliff Club is looking for young and motivated talent in the following position:

1. Kitchen Department
a. Sous Chef
b. Chef De Partie (CDP)
c. Commis

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 years of experience as a Sous Chef (a)
• 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or CDP (a)
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures (a)
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management (a)
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions (a)
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs such as all Microsoft Office, restaurant management software, POS (a)
• BS degree in Culinary science or related certificate would be a plus (a, b, c)
• Strong Knowledge of Culinary Nomenclature and F&B standards (a, b, c)
• Proficient in English both oral and written (a, b, c)
• Pleasant, positive and enthusiastic personality with excellent communication and social skills (a, b, c)
• Customer focused with good follow-up and coordination skills (a, b, c)
• 2 or more years of cook experience (a, b, c)
• 2 or more years of commis experience (b, c)
• 3 or more years of CDP experience (b)
• Considerable experience working in a professional kitchen of Restaurant (b,c)

2. Cost Control/ Inventory Supervisor

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Proven work experience as a warehouse supervisor
• Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
• Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office proficiency
• Ability to input, retrieve and analyse data
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations

3. Human Resources Manager

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Good level of English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude, well organized, dynamic and reliable
• Self motivated and able to work under pressure
• Computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft office Package (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point)
