bridges Bali is a casual fine dining restaurant, DIVINE wine & cocktail bar is looking for :

” Reservations & Sales ”

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Responsible for reservation emails & answering the ‘not regular’ requests
2. Communicate with the travel agents regarding inquiries via phone or email or on site
3. Group bookings and private events coordination
4. Answering the boutique emails, sending PayPal money requests

5. Ordering gift certificates and sending them and notifying the reservation
6. Check comment cards & sending thank you emails
7. Saving the email address from the comment cards & reservations to the constant contact
8. Maintain mailing lists on Mail Chimp? Actively look for new contacts (new hotels, villas, media, etc).
9. Post/upload testimonial data from the comment cards.
10. Coordinate all meetings, such as General meeting, Marcom meeting, keep the agenda updated, send out invitations
11. Processing the padlock order.
12. Supporting on bridges’ events.
13. General administrative task

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1 year experience in related field (hospitality preferred)
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Good communication and administration skills
• Good Scheduling and Emailing Skills
• Computer literate and Understanding basic Photoshop is a plus
• Outgoing personality
