BLoO HOTEL KUTA located in awesome Dewi Sri – Kuta area is looking for candidate to fill in the following position:

1. ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
2. RECEPTIONIST STAFF
3. POOL ATTENDANCE

Requirements ASDOSM:

• Reports to the GM & BOD.
• Have already a minimum of 3 years’ experience in villa, resort or hotel as a Sales & Marketing Manager.
• You will assist the management in identifying business opportunities, competitive analyses, formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
• Managing sales & marketing divisions, optimizing efficiencies, Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the sales and hospitality profession.
• Display a proven ability in driving sales revenue particularly for MICE,
• Familiar with VHP system will be an advantage and ensure necessary training and full compliance to SOPs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business is an advantage.
• Able to join immediately.

Requirements RECEPTIONIST STAFF:

• Have 1-2 years in the same position applied.
• Minimum graduated from Diploma; Bachelor is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
• Good health & appearance, positive attitude, highly motivated & a team player.
• Good communication in English & Guest oriented also service – minded.
• Able to work immediately.
• Able to operate a VHP system.

Requirements POOL ATTENDANCE:

• Maintaining the pool: Cleaning the pool, surrounding areas and equipment and performing routine maintenance.
• Managing chemicals: Controlling pool chemicals, testing the water and maintaining the appropriate balance of chlorine and pH.
• Attention to detail in keeping the quality of the pool clean and crystal clear and can operate the pool pump properly.
