- Guest Service Agent – Staff
Requirements:
- Having experience in the same role min. 1-2 years in the 3/4-stars hotel
- High School Diploma or Equivalent, graduated in Hotel School is preferred
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively with guests, both verbally and in writing
- Attention to detail, essential for checking guests in and out accurately, and processing payments
- Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems) and standard office software
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with the team
- Able to join immediately
3 – 6 months internship program for :
- Sales & Marketing Department
- Front Office Department
- F&B Service Department
- F&B Product Department
- Housekeeping Department
- Engineering Department
