Bali Beach Glamping Resort is a luxury 50 tents locates in Kediri Tabanan is looking for story collector candidates to fill in the following positions:

Sales Specialist – Retreat & MICE
Role Description

• As a Sales Specialist – Corporate and MICE,
• you will be responsible for promoting Bali Beach Glamping Resort to potential corporate clients and event organizers.
• This is a full-time on-site position located in Tabanan.
• Your day-to-day tasks will include managing sales leads, inquiries, and maintaining continuous communication with clients regarding their events and ensuring their requirements and expectations are met.
• You will also create customized proposals and contracts and assist with logistics planning and coordination of events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in sales and event management in the hospitality industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize workload to ensure deadlines are met
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected events or changes
• Knowledge of corporate and MICE segments and trends in the hospitality industry
• Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient in English, both written and oral.
• Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
