We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT SPV to join our team in the beautiful island setting of Nusa Ceningan. If you have a passion for hospitality and are ready to contribute to a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Title: IT SPV

• Key Responsibilities:
• IT Infrastructure & Operations
• Oversee and maintain all IT hardware, software, and networks within the hotel.
• Ensure the smooth operation of hotel/resort management systems (PMS, POS,
  reservation systems, etc.).
• Monitor network performance and ensure high availability of IT services.
• Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect hotel data.
• Support & Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to hotel/resort staff and guests for IT-related issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network problems.
• Maintain an IT helpdesk system for efficient issue tracking and resolution.
• System Administration & Security
• Manage user accounts, access control, and data security policies.
• Perform regular data backups and ensure disaster recovery plans are in place.
• Update and maintain IT policies and procedures according to industry standards.
• Project Management & Vendor Coordination
• Coordinate with third-party vendors for IT services, software updates, and hardware maintenance.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and system upgrades.
• Monitor IT budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions for the hotel’s technology needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years IT SPV management or 3 years of experience in IT support,
  preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel/resort IT systems, including PMS (e.g., Opera, Fidelio), POS, and networking.
• Experience with Windows and Linux-based systems, network administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to train and support non-technical staff.
• Willing to relocate to Nusa Ceningan.
