Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in villa/hotel/resort operations (1,2)

• Minimum 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role (1,2)

• Strong understanding of Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Relations (1)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills (1)

• Ability to handle operational budgeting, cost control, and SOP implementation (1)

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (1)

• Hands-on, service-oriented, and able to manage daily operations effectively (1)

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a similar position (hospitality background is an advantage) (1,2)

• Proven understanding of social media strategy, engagement growth, and conversion-focused content (2)

• Strong visual sense and brand consistency awareness (2)

• Able to work with targets, deadlines, and performance metrics (2)
