- Sales & Marketing Manager/Assistant Director of Sales
General Requirements :
- Pre-opening experience is a plus
- Must posses a minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles, proficient in the art of interpersonal communication exemplary attention to detail, exceptional problem solving and ability to work both independently and interdependently
- Has a successful track record in managing resort & retreats, and new business
- Has the ability to think creatively in order to develop targeted, customer-focused marketing solutions across multiple channels.
- Has a strong desire to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understands how to effectively communicate and build strong internal and external relationships.
- A creative mind with a track record of generating revenue for the resort.
- Diploma Majoring in Hospitality
- Can operate VHP system
- Good English both verbal and written
- Service excellence oriented
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill
- Can start immediately

- Well groomed
- Working smart & fun
