2. Restaurant Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar position (1,2)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis (1)
• Leadership and management skills to oversee accounting teams and coordinate financial activities (1)
• Financial acumen to manage budgets, control costs, and analyse financial reports (2)
• Strong leadership and management skills to oversee staff, operations, and customer service (2)
• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies (3)
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine (3)
• Fluent in English spoken and written
