Cognizant to this fact, Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport is currently seeking an individual with genuine passion to putting personalized service above all else in the most honest and sincere manner to join as our Corporate Human Resources Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes for Corporate level. To us, a CHRM is the go-to person for all employee-related issues that involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management as well promoting corporate values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of a complete CHRM job description and specification.

Qualifications:

• • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related area; relevant work experience may be a substitute.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork.
  • Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic employment planning.
  • Proven working experience as for similar position for at least 2 years.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of previous experiences for similar position
