AIR CONDITIONING TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections on all air conditioning units across the resort
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems, and carry out necessary repairs in a timely manner
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
  • Liaise with the engineering team to ensure efficient coordination of HVAC-related projects
  • Provide support and advice to other team members on HVAC-related matters
  • Comply with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an air conditioning technician or in a similar role.
  • Technical expertise in the installation, maintenance and repair of air conditioning systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve HVAC issues
  • Good communication skills to liaise with team members and guests
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
