Lowongan Suenyo Eco Retreat Kediri Tabanan

We are looking for Front Desk/Reception

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate with both internal and external customers in a polite and constructive manner
  • Enabling a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage
  • Handling all cash and card transactions and billing
  • Assisting guests during their stay and handling guest complaints
  • Responding to internal and external calls
  • Assisting guests with any requests related to Guest Experience and driving stay experience
  • Assisting the Kitchen team with delivering the food order to the villa
  • Assisting the guest with any item to be brought to the room, together with the Housekeeping team, and if they are not around, to be independently following up

Qualifications:

  • Speak fluent English
  • Minimum of 2-year experience in the same position in a (small) resort
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work on your own or in teams
  • Self-motivated with a high level of energy, able to work unsupervised
  • Computer literate
  • Preferably living in Kediri-Tabanan area
