  • Perform daily housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness and comfort of guest rooms and public areas.

  • Greet and assist guests at the front desk, checking them in and out efficiently.

  • Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Manage text messages, emails, and other correspondences.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and billing.
