We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Villa Assistant Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to support the smooth daily operations of our villa.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing daily villa operations

Supervise and coordinate villa staff (housekeeping, gardeners, security, etc.)

Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service

Handle guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries

Manage villa inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs
-
Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and budgeting

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed

Ensure compliance with villa SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in villa, resort, or hotel management

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication in English (both spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Knowledge of villa operations, budgeting, and administration is an advantage

Based in Bali or willing to relocate
