Requirement:
For Personal Assistant position :
- Excellent English (spoken & written) thrives on organization, initiative, and seamless communication.
- Strong hands-on mentality – no task too small
- Naturally organized with a passion for systems and structure
- Sharp eye for spotting and solving problems before they arise
- Fantastic communicator – clear, kind, and efficient
- Very confident with computers, spreadsheets, and online tools
- High level of motivation and accountability.
For Coffee Shop Manager :
- Minimum 2 years of barista experience in specialty coffee.
- Previous management or leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to train and inspire staff.
- Excellent organizational and ordering capabilities.
- Passion for high-quality coffee, customer service, and creating an uplifting
environment. - Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
