Reporting to Company Director, the position plays a key role in executing integrated marketing and communication strategies, both locally and digitally, including social media marketing. This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity for a driven professional to be part of the marketing team of a distinguished luxury villa, driving customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. You will have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of marketing different products, with a strong focus on driving awareness and incremental revenue to the villa through owned, earned and paid channels.

Your day to day:

  • Working with marketing teams to implement integrated marketing plans aligned with the villa’s objectives to deliver business results.

  • Drive food and beverage marketing initiatives and campaigns including social media content calendars, you will be responsible for local marketing initiatives driving villa revenue results.

  • Development of content plan and execution of electronic direct mail campaigns.

  • Oversee and manage the online presence including the hotel brand and websites, third party channels and social media channels, including social media ad campaigns and overall functionality.

  • Manage and oversee villa video shoots, maintaining the photo library, and its use across all channels.

  • Create and execute engaging digital campaigns to attract and retain guests, through SEM and paid search.

  • Apply best practice through digital and traditional standards within the organisation, including planning, delivery, monitoring, optimisation, analysis and reporting results.

  • Keep abreast of competitor industry trends and other relevant data or insights in order to identify new opportunities and optimise initiatives.

  • Ensure all internal and external branded communications are aligned with global IHG Brand Standards.
