General Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, e-commerce, digital marketing, or online sales (fresh graduates are welcome).

  • Internship or project-based experience in hotel management is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of OTA platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, etc.).

  • Familiarity with hotel channel managers.

  • Understanding of hotel PMS (preferred).

  • Detail oriented, good communication skills.

  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and spoken).

Qualification :

  • Three year’s experience in Marketing, Communications Management, Content Marketing or a related field

  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to interact with customers, employees, media, influencers and third parties that are highly visible on or related to the brand and the company

  • Exemplary story telling skills, copy writing and editing experience for B2B and B2C audiences

  • Impeccable eye for detail, being able to proof content that meets editorial standards

  • A good understanding of digital and social media and understand the content requirements for these channels

  • Ability to take ownership and work across multiple projects with deadlines

  • Ability to work on projects and stakeholder relationships remotely

  • Ability to perform multiple efforts in a fast paced, complex, high growth environment

2. Content Creator

Qualification :

  • Experience in photography, videography, and design

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Premiere Pro

  • Social media savvy

  • Minimum basic English proficiency

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Good communication skills

  • Portfolio required
