Job Title: Chief Accountant

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and professional Chief Accountant to oversee the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations in our hospitality property. The ideal candidate has a solid background in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting systems, with proven experience in the hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the accounting team within the hotel/villa operations.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.
• Oversee all financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
• Manage cash flow and budgeting processes.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations.
• Ensure tax compliance (VAT, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with external and internal auditors.
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making by management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP (PSAK) and local taxation.
• Experience working in an international-standard hospitality company.
• Holding Brevet A & B tax certification.
• Familiarity with hotel POS systems and their integration with accounting systems.
