We are looking for qualified and dynamic talents to join our successful team for the following position:

Reservation

General Requirements:

• • Able to fluently communicate in English both verbal and written
  • Has basic correspondence skills
  • Able to manage extranet OTAs for availability and rates
  • Fresh graduates with training experience in Sales & Marketing are welcome to apply
  • Understanding of Guest Pro or VHP PMS is preferred
  • Motivated and good attention to detail

Job Responsibilities:

1. 1. Sort and respond to all incoming mail, messages, and phone calls regarding reservation inquiries
   2. Process all room bookings and confirming with guests
   3. Assign and block booked rooms
   4. Make sure that reservation data in the system is align with correspondence with the guest
   5. Prepare correspondence details before check in to related departments
   6. Create proforma invoices
   7. Control room availability
   8. Manage good relationships with guests
   9. Prepare reports related to room reservation and guest statistics
