Requirements :

- Hotel Management School, Diploma specializing in Rooms
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role with 5 star hotel properties.
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office )
- Knowledge of Opera Computer System
- Excellent command of English and other languages is an advantage
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and attitude.
CHEF DE PARTIE for Jamie Oliver Kitchen
Requirements :

- Diploma in Culinary school or relevant field
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, processes, Ingredients, equipment and tools.
- Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with positive spirit and attitude
