Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates may apply for entry-level positions)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest, responsible, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Customer-oriented with a warm and professional attitude
• Able to work under pressure and maintain high service standards
• Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness, safety, and operational quality
• Willing to learn, adapt, and grow within an eco-friendly hospitality concept
• Good command of English (spoken & written), additional languages are a plus
• Familiar with Ubud area and local culture is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Physically fit and well-groomed
• Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills (1,2,3)
• Hands-on approach and strong guest service orientation
