General Requirements:

Good personality, positive attitude, honest, detail oriented

Able to fluently communicate in English both verbal and written

Skill at Front Office or F&B Service Department

Basic understanding of electrical systems, pumps, HVAC, plumbing, generators, and security systems

Able to drive

Minimum one year experience in the same positions

Able to work immediately
