The Seven Residence, Kerobokan Bali, a well-established villa in Kerobokan – Bali, is looking for:

1. General Manager

5. Villa Supervisor

6. Senior Digital Marketing

8. Housekeeping

9. Accounting Daily Worker

Qualifications:

• Good understanding in Villa / Resort work flow.

• Have experience in the same / similar position would be preferable.

• Leadership skills with the ability to manage operations, oversee staff, and maintain clear communication. (1) (2) (3) (4)

• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making abilities. (1) (2) (3) (4)

• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and cost control.

• Marketing skills, preferably with knowledge in e-commerce and digital marketing. (1)

• Skilled in budgeting, finance reporting, cost control, internal audit, and compliance to ensure business profitability. (2)

• Capable of leading operational projects; managing setup processes, and effectively coordinating tasks with internal and external parties. (3)

• Capable of analyzing Marketing agendas and choose the right targets revenue. Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, creative and open minded on marketing distribution. (4)

• Ability to manage Villa operation and team.

• Supervisory skills in daily villa operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services. (5) (8)

• Strong understanding of SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, paid ads and using digital tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc. (6)

• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and the implementation of marketing campaigns including Ads budget calculation and ROI potential. (6)

• Experience in handling accounts, financial reconciliation, and administration. Analytical thinker with excellent attention to detail. Attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality in managing sensitive accounts is an advantage. (7)

• Coordinating with various departments and units and controlling petty cash administration while maintaining simple and accurate petty cash reports. (9)

• English speaking and writing would be preferable.

• Basic hospitality background.

• Open minded and can work in a team
