1. Steward – Daily Worker
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Junior/Senior High School or equivalent
- Previous experience as a steward in a hotel/restaurant is preferred
- Able to work efficiently, quickly, and with attention to detail
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures and safe use of cleaning chemicals
- Willing to work in shifts
- Disciplined, responsible, and a strong team player
Responsibilities:
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils, and dishware according to hygiene standards
- Ensure the availability of clean kitchen tools for daily operations
- Dispose of kitchen waste and maintain a clean workspace
- Use and store cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with procedures
- Assist the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and equipment upkeep
